bodhamlabs.com is run by Bodham Labs, a Udyam-registered micro enterprise based in Delhi, India.

• You may read, share and link to our pages. Please credit us when you quote our notes or benchmarks.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the contact form.
• We write our notes and benchmarks carefully, but they are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

• Every project starts with a written proposal that states scope, price, timeline and what you will receive.
• Prices are fixed for the agreed scope. Changes in scope are quoted in writing before we start them.
• Invoices are raised in INR for clients in India and in USD for clients abroad, with payment terms stated on the proposal.
• Unless the proposal says otherwise, you own the deliverables made specifically for you once they are paid for. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, know-how and open-source components.
• We keep your data and business information confidential and will sign a reasonable NDA on request.

Dates, fees, group size and format are confirmed in writing before a programme starts. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

The Bodham Labs name, the Bodham name, our logos and the text and images on this site belong to Bodham Labs. Please do not use our logos in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For client work, liability is set out in the project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, unless a project agreement says otherwise.
