Short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply and to work with you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. This policy covers bodhamlabs.com. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

Bodham Labs is a Udyam-registered micro enterprise based in Delhi, India. For anything about your data, write to contact@bodhamlabs.com.

2. What we collect

  • What you type into our contact form: your name, email, company (optional), whether you are in India or abroad, what you need, and your message.
  • Emails you send us at any @bodhamlabs.com address.
  • Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

4. Why we use it

To reply to you, to prepare and deliver work you ask for, to send invoices, and to keep the site secure. We rely on your consent (you chose to write to us) and on the steps needed to enter into or carry out a contract with you.

5. Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the site and our email:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts this website.
  • Zoho Corporation — our email provider; contact-form messages are delivered to our Zoho mailbox.

These providers may process data outside India under their own security terms. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records and invoices: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@bodhamlabs.com; we reply within one working day and act on the request within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and adult learners. If you are a parent or school asking about Bodham, our platform for school students, please write to admissions@bodhamlabs.com. Bodham will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

9. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. If you find a security problem, please tell us at security@bodhamlabs.com (see also our security.txt).

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. See also our terms and refund policy.
