Questions about working with us
How much does a pilot cost?
Every pilot is fixed-price. We quote it after a free 30-minute call and fix it in writing before we start. Full projects are quoted after the pilot, when we both know what works.
Which AI models do you use?
The smallest one that does the job well — often an open model on your own hardware, sometimes a cloud model such as Gemini or Claude. We test at least two on your data and show you the results.
What happens to our data?
It stays in systems you control. When a cloud model is used, we choose providers that do not train on API data, and we tell you which ones before we start.
Do you sign NDAs, and how do you invoice?
Yes, we sign NDAs. We are a Udyam-registered MSME in Delhi and invoice in INR, or in USD for clients abroad.
