CAREERS · APPRENTICESHIPS

Learn by shipping real work.

We are a small studio that also teaches. Students join us as apprentices and work on the same systems we build for clients and for our own institute — with a mentor reviewing every step.

RIGHT NOW

  • Apprenticeship intake: open, rolling
  • Full-time roles: none listed yet
  • Where: Delhi NCR, or online

APPRENTICE ROLES

Three ways in

Apprentice developer

BCA, MCA or BTech students who can already write a little Python or JavaScript.

YOU WILL

  • Fix real issues in our websites, portals and agent tools
  • Write tests and small features, reviewed before they ship
  • Keep notes of what you changed and why

YOU WILL LEARN

  • Git and code review
  • Python, TypeScript, SQL
  • How LLM and RAG systems are built and measured

Automation operator

Students who like systems and checklists more than writing code from scratch.

YOU WILL

  • Watch running automations and their logs
  • Run test checklists before and after a change
  • Report problems clearly — with the error, the time and what you tried

YOU WILL LEARN

  • How production systems fail
  • Monitoring and incident notes
  • Talking to clients about their workflow

Teaching assistant

Students who explain things well, in English or Hindi.

YOU WILL

  • Help in AI, Python and computer-science classes
  • Prepare practice questions and check answers
  • Support students one-to-one

YOU WILL LEARN

  • Teaching and explaining
  • Turning a syllabus into clear material
  • AI tools for education

HOW WE WORK

Four rules, from day one

The same rules we follow on client work. Read about the thinking behind them in our note on guardrails.

01

Real work, reviewed

You work on real tasks, not toy projects — and nothing you write ships without review.

02

Your own accounts

You get your own GitHub access as a collaborator. Nobody shares logins, ever.

03

Data stays where it belongs

Client and student data never goes into personal laptops, chats or screenshots.

04

Write things down

Every task ends with a short note: what changed, how it was tested, what is still open.

How to apply

  1. 01Email us with the subject “Apprenticeship — <role>”.
  2. 02Tell us your course and year, and how many hours a week you can give.
  3. 03Link anything you have built or written — even a small project counts.
  4. 04If it looks like a fit, we set a short call and a small practice task.

QUESTIONS

Are you hiring full-time right now?

Not for full-time roles yet. We take apprentices on a rolling basis. When a full-time role opens, it will be listed on this page.

Who can apply for an apprenticeship?

Students of BCA, MCA, BTech or similar courses who can work from Delhi NCR or online, and who can give regular hours each week.

Do I need to know AI already?

No. You need basic programming or a clear way of explaining things, and the habit of finishing what you start. We teach the rest on real work.

How do I apply?

Email contact@bodhamlabs.com with the subject "Apprenticeship — <role>". Include your course and year, a link to any code or work you have done, and two lines on why you want to join.
